VocRehab Mission
To assist Vermonters with disabilities to find and maintain meaningful employment in their communities.

VocRehab Vermont works in close partnership with the Vermont Association of Business and Industry Rehabilitation (VABIR).
Pledge
VocRehabVermont is committed to facilitating successful, long-term relationships between employers and people with disabilities in Vermont.
We pledge to:
- Treat all consumers and employers with respect.
- Listen to customer needs and provide timely services.
- Be competent, creative and flexible in our approach to problem solving.
- Be a trusted on-going resource to employers and consumers.
- Keep employers and consumers up-to-date on accessibility and the Americans with Disabilities Act.
- Ensure a high degree of employer and consumer satisfaction.
We are dedicated to the goal of ensuring equal access employment for all Vermonters and meeting the needs of the Vermont business community.

are working full or part-time - this is higher than the national average. |

VocRehab's job placement
rate has experienced a 142% increase in the past 12 years.
In 2002, VocRehab helped close to 1,222 people successfully
become employed. |

Vermont taxpayers will
be paid back for their investment in VR's successful employment
outcomes in just over two years. VR's clients have experienced
a 75% increase in earnings of the past 5 years. The benefit
to Vermont taxpayers are a reduced dependence on public
assistance, increased earnings spent in Vermont, and increased
tax revenues. |
